SHIPPING , RUSH DELIVERY & EXCHANGES

Your order will take 5-12 Business days to complete before shipping. We will notify you when it has been shipped. Once your locs are prepared you will get an email and tracking with the shipping rate you selected.

* Any custom requests such as Ombre Color , style matches , curly tips or loop closure may take an additional 1-2 days of preparation. 

Please keep in mind that our locs are made by hand , by our small staff.  We thank you in advance for being kind & patient. So we can focus on giving your loc creation the loving energy it deserves. 
All sales and deposits for Loc Extensions/weft products/accessories are final. For stylist where the locs have been fully installed there will be no refunds for time spent as typical installation is 6-8 hours.  However , we guarantee our work & want you to be satisfied and will gladly remake or correct any changes you need at no additional charge. You can always return any unused merchandise and let us know if there are any changes you need to your custom requests. 
SHIPPING POLICY 


Our Primary shipping carrier is USPS for Domestic and International orders.  We also gave UPS, DHL available. We can ship to virtually any address in the world , shipping rates for many items we sell are fixed rates , selected by you, at time of purchase.
When you place an order, we will ship out for delivery in 5-12 business days based on the availability of your items, and whether you chose any of our custom made loc extension items , which take an additional 1-2 days of preparation. 
RETURN POLICY 


All sales and deposits for Loc Extensions/weft products/accessories are final. However, we want you to be satisfied and will gladly remake or correct any changes you need , via expedited service. You can always resend your package and let us know if there are any changes you need to your custom requests.

Refund request made prior to delivery must be made with in 36 hours of your order date. If you've had a change of heart , please reach out to our team as soon as possible to request your refund. We respectfully ask clients to be mindful that loc extensions products are hand made to order, and cannot be resold after a custom request has been made. Refund requests made after 36 hours from order date will be charged a restocking fee of 50% of the original order.  
If  you chose any of our custom made loc extension items, please keep in mind that our loc extension products are hand made. We appreciate your patience in allowing us to make your custom locs with love and care. In order to make sure your locs are  of the highest quality , don't be alarmed if your locs are delayed within 1-3 days of the fulfillment time. You may also receive a pre-shipment  notice when you first get your tracking number in your inbox. This may mean your package is in transit shipping from our manufacturing facility.  We group our packages in batches after the are made  and send them to the post service in groups,  this may delay the scan/ USPS tracking and may it not show up in system instantly.
 Since we customize each order at no charge , ( such as , curly ends , special dye job , special loc shape or length) these may take extra time. We are not as fast as Amazon , but your locs will be a work of art you can be proud of for many years.

Loc Extension Deposits will be held for up to 2 years and an be applied to any Khinky.com purchase. If for any reason your order is not received due to shipping error, we will gladly look into the matter and issue refund or replacement.


You should expect to receive your refund instantly. Actual funds may take up to (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. If there an issue , simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and investigated the request.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping & Handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping & Handling will be deducted from your refund.
